We called Total Restoration late on a Friday evening to deal with a second-floor burst pipe. Ryan and his team responded immediately and began work to mitigate further damages, removing ceiling as needed and bringing drying and dehumidification equipment late into the night. The team monitored the progress of the drying multiple times per day until complete, and set us up with Ray's Drywall who did fantastic work to restore the area to as-new condition within a week. The back-office staff (Kylie & co.) were fantastic throughout the process, and provided us with accurate estimates and all the information we required for our insurance company. Having dealt with water damage before, I know time is of the essence and Total Restoration saved us many thousands of dollars by being available and willing to work over a weekend to address our issues. Easy 5/5 stars, would not even consider calling anyone else after our experience with Ryan, Kylie, Ray's team.

Although we didn't end up needing to use their services, Jason was amazing. He was very informative, educational to our needs, and very attentive. He gave us great advice. He was even willing to send someone out within the hour to help us if needed, even though we were outside his coverage area. Talk about customer service! I almost wished we could have used him.

A water leak in the garage flooded the entire house and I came home from work to find a disaster. Ryan came out very quickly even though it was the middle of the night. The next day, the same section released more water into the house and garage (the plumbers had not arrived yet) and Ryan dropped what he was doing to come over and help with another fast clean-up. Through the rest of the remediation process, he kept me notified of daily schedules and what to expect from the crews that were ripping out walls and removing a lot of furniture. The whole situation was very stressful but Ryan was extremely professional, helpful, and dedicated, and brought order to the chaos. It really matters to have someone who can make a bad situation into something manageable. It matters even more for them to be considerate to the people affected. I am glad that Total Restoration was the company I randomly picked from a Google search at 11 at night while shop vacuuming water from my living room.

TRT was amazing. We had what appeared to be a simple pipe freeze/burst in a home we had recently purchased. The first mitigation company did not find all the water. We later discovered that the newly installed vinyl flooring was hiding the fact that hardwood flooring underneath had soaked up tons of water. Jason and Ryan were on it. These guys responded instantly, came out right away, and did a complete and thorough removal of the flooring, cleaned everything up, and did all the proper mitigation steps. We felt truly SAFE with them after quite a struggle. Where they really excelled was in what happened next. For some reason, our insurance company went silent. It was a nightmare. Kylie at TRT was a warrior and worked with us for months until we finally got the insurance company to respond appropriately. Total Restoration did a great job for us. We had an emergency situation with water in a building on a holiday weekend. They came out right away and got to work to get things cleaned up. Their office staff saw us through the whole process of dealing with insurance and answered all our questions. Highly recommend them!

Ryan was great when we had a leak cause water damage from a blocked drainage line in our HVAC system. Came out within an hour of our initial call, got fans and a dehumidifier set up, then called and stopped by daily for three days until it was resolved! So grateful and would absolutely call these folks again (though fingers crossed we won’t need to)!

Jason and team are great to work with, do super high quality work, and are very professional/trustworthy both in being in our house throughout the day and in transparent/competitive pricing. They were also fast to respond when we found a giant leak in our house. Most other companies said they would need 2-3 months to even book an appointment to even look at the leak, but Jason and team came the same day we called them. Jason was highly communicative throughout the process while his team fixed the leak and the significant water damage that it had created. These people are great to work with - responsive, prompt, knowledgeable. We had a leak coming out of some drywall and had no idea what was causing it - Ryan figured out the source within a couple minutes and then explained the whole process that would need to happen in order to fix the leak and the water damage. Gave us a very detailed quote within 24 hours and went above-and-beyond to work with our insurance (who wasn't nearly so great to work with). Definitely recommend!

During the Feb '21 winter freeze, a cap blew off of a pipe in the middle of the night. Within an hour, I awoke to flooding throughout my entire house. I called more water mitigation companies than I can count and ended up on 12 waitlists. Once roads opened up, Total Restoration of Texas was the first company who had the means and the equipment to help. All the others were short-staffed and under-equipped to fill the enormous needs of our community. I got a 9:30 pm text from Kylie, the office manager. She apologized for the late contact and asked if I still need help. (Ummm... Yes, please!) Ryan was out the next day. He managed all of the water mitigation. From the inspection to the demo to the dry out, he was there. They all had to be working 80 hours/week, and they did it all with a smile. Then came insurance. Whew! Kylie handled most of it and let me know when I needed to step in. Boy, she sure knows the ropes when it comes to dealing with insurance! I hope I never have to go through this again, but if I do, Total Restoration of Texas will be the first people I call. Right before my lake house was finished, there was a water leak that ruined most of the baseboards and door casing in the house. Total Restoration came out the day after I called them and met me. They were able to start the very next day to address the water damaged and deal with the mold issue. They were very professional and kept me updated on the progress. They filed a claim directly to my insurance company, which I appreciated, because I had enough to deal with. I would highly recommend using Total Restoration if you ever have the need to.

Jason and his crew are a well-oiled machine. We had never dealt with water damage before (toilet overflowed while we were gone) and boy was it a process. They worked and got it done it the time quoted. They probably would have finished sooner but the TX Snowpocalypse slowed things down. We had a major water leak (roof leak), and TRT was excellent from day 1. We had significant damage throughout the house and needed a total mitigation. They helped guide us through not only what needed to be mitigated but why or why not. TRT crew was very efficient and diligent and professional. Jason & Kylie are also very responsive and knowledgeable. and know what it takes to get the job done. They care about their clients and make sure people "get to the other side". Dealing with insurance is never fun, but Kylie was extremely helpful in putting together the estimates and making sure things were adequately factored in. I had a water leak in the attic from a busted pipe connecting my two water heaters. My home was still under warranty so the home builder repaired the leak as well as did some dry wall work and painting to restore the walls accordingly. After completion, I was still concerned that there may be some unseen damage so I called Total Restoration of Texas to see if they could do an inspection. The customer service was outstanding as they dispatched someone over to my house within 2 hours. A thorough inspection of the attic and detailed inspection of the walls and ceiling below was conducted using an infrared thermal imager and digital moisture meter to detect moisture in wood and drywall. Everything checked out and confirmed that the builder did not cut any corners and executed the repairs to expectations. Ryan, who conducted the inspection, provided outstanding customer service and educated me how the equipment worked. The inspection was also free! I would definitely recommend Total Restoration to my family and friends!

We contacted Total Restoration of Texas during an emergency situation at our condo rental property where we had massive water damage. Jason, Kylie and their team were on top of it immediately despite the fact that we contacted them at 10pm as the situation was occurring. They met us at the property and started working and planning with us how to resolve the situation and detailing the scope of the work that would need to be performed to clean up and repair the property. Over the course of the work, they were in communication with us every step of the way and were always available when we had questions. They helped us through dealing with insurance and gave us peace of mind throughout our claims process. I cannot recommend them enough! They did an outstanding job and we were so pleased with the finished outcome once the job was completed.

It is never good to need a water damage mediation company, but if you do, you can't go wrong with Total Restoration of Texas. We found a supply line leak in the crawl space on our property. There was literally a pond underneath the house! The guys with Total Restoration of Texas got to our property fast and got to work right away. They worked directly with our insurance company so honestly as far as a water damage claim can go, it was painless.

We consider ourselves very lucky to have found Total Restoration of Texas the afternoon when we were alerted to a water disaster in my daughter's condo. Water from a unit above our condo collapsed the ceiling and soaked the entire unit. A few were in person, with the flooring and tile company they recommended and we found that to be a very efficient process. We found the quality of the work to be outstanding - the first time - as Jason clearly inspected the work before having us check it. Kylie managed making sure we had what we needed for insurance and was fantastic at helping select finishes and paint and kept the process rolling at all times. Excellent work, great guys. A pipe burst in our ceiling at 9pm, dumped about 2 inches of water onto our living room floor. Ryan—super nice dude and hard worker—came over that same night and had all of the standing water out within a couple hours. Jason, the owner, came by the next day and went over the game plan with us. His guys demoed all the damaged Sheetrock and dried the framing in a VERY timely manner. He clearly cares about his customers, and his crew did a great job. Kylie, was extremely forthcoming and prompt when I experienced an HVAC leak and did not know where to turn. She immediately got me on the schedule for an inspection and was very helpful in providing details about the process involved in floor mitigation and repair. Total Restoration of Texas’ team was very professional and prompt! Received a courtesy call before every arrival time from Ryan. We were kept in the know and the job got done right!

We were out most of the day and came back midnight to find 1.5” of water all around our 1st floor. It was really shocking to see the entire house flooded with water. A connector on the water supply line in our powder bath broke causing the water damage. We did not know what to do and started searching on Google. Found Total Restoration of Texas and they had great reviews. Called the number, Kylie picked up the phone and sent Ryan within 30 minutes to our house. Ryan spent next 4 hours removing hundreds of gallons of water using a pump in the van, long tubes and vacuum. Ryan left around 5 am and came back again around 11 am with a crew. They covered everything with plastic sheets, cut the dry walls open for 1 foot above the floor, cleaned all the debris, added fans & humidifiers to remove all the moisture. Fans ran for next 3 days and it was very hard to see the entire house being cut open with a lot of dust everywhere. But Ryan made it easy for us. He was on time, friendly and explained everything along the way. Since we were impressed with Total Restoration of Texas for water removal and Jason (owner) has a lot of experience dealing with insurance companies, we ended up giving the full restoration work to Total Restoration of Texas. This was one of the best decisions we made. Jason is straight forwarded, upfront and keep his words. We started the construction 10 days before COVID-19 started, but Total Restoration of Texas was able to finish all the work in 2 months as originally planned. Construction during COVID was not easy, but Jason handled it really well and made sure there were no delays. Jason brought awesome crews for drywall repair, kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, painting and flooring. All of them were very professional and quality of the work was exemplary. Even though this was not planned and going through water damage is a hassle, we got a beautiful and modern house at the end. Kudos to Jason, Kylie and Ryan. After completing the test, I was given the recommendation to seek a deep cleaner rather than pursue their remediation services. They most likely could have convinced me to use their services despite the lack of need but rather they suggested a course of action that did not benefit them but would be in my property's best interests. Total restoration of Texas was amazing in helping me with the first WATER DISASTER waking up to 2" of water in the down stairs of are home. We are new home owners so we had no idea what to expect or what steps to take first. The tech was here within an hour and got straight into action getting the water out in no time then started blocking our furniture to help it dry out and prevent further damage. He took many of pictures for the insurance company to provide proof of damage and made me feel a lot more comfortable after he was done. Total Restoration helped me threw the whole process they were always very responsive and I could not have been happier thank you for all your help.

I came home and my found garage ceiling completely collapsed due to my water heater...well...lets just say malfunctioning by way of water pouring out of it through my ceiling. I can’t say enough positive things about Jason and the crew over at Total Restoration of Texas. We had a flood upstairs due to a clogged drain. Total Restoration was referred to us through our insurance company. After a poor quote of the damage by our insurance adjuster, Jason (Total Restoration) quickly realized the damage was much more severe. We scheduled a second review of the damage with both Jason and the adjuster where Jason really went to bat for us. Eventually the adjuster agreed he missed a lot of the damage to our home. I am not sure another contractor would have helped us so much upfront before we even agreed to give him our business! Hiring them to do the work was a no brainer. Jason and TR were upfront about everything. We knew what work was going to be completed, how much it was going to cost, and exactly when it was going to be done. The crew at Total Restoration showed up exactly when they were supposed to and Jason constantly checked in to make sure everything was going according to plan. From start to finish the job was completed in just over a week. Not one single day was wasted. I honestly can't believe how quickly and efficiently everything was done. After the completion of the work, Jason checked in several times to ensure that we were happy with the outcome. He made it clear that he wouldn’t pull his guys until he knew we were satisfied. When my washer flooded the laundry room and hallway Ryan was at my location in under 30 minutes. He was very kind and quick. This is my first home and first time with water damage. He was very clear and helpful during the entire insurance process. I honestly had very little knowledge of the next steps and I felt like he explained everything to me kindly and clearly. Hurricane Harvey was Sunday. Jason and his sidekick John and crew were in our house by TUESDAY ripping out drywall and flooring. Fast, efficient, knowledgeable, easy to deal with. We're grateful they travelled to Houston to help people out. Highly recommend them.

Wow, talk about service. For some reason I was lucky enough to be one of the very first people serviced by Total Restoration of Texas after Hurricane Harvey in Houston. They showed up the night before with their equipment in about 12" of water at midnight. They were on the job the next morning by 8:30 with a crew of about 9 guys and got everything torn out in a day. John and Jason are quality people.

Trustworthy and reliable the just some of the words that come to mind. They are pleasant to work with and very professional. I would 100% recommend them to friends and family!

i felt like all hope was lost when i phoned Jason from Total Restoration of Texas. other companies gave me the serious runaround, and alarmed me so much that i didn't know what sort of crazy damage my house was dealing with. Jason offered to come out the same day (!!!), and did a super fair, calm assessment of our situation. i would recommend Total Restoration of Texas any day, these guys are super professional, not alarmist, and wonderful. very important to mention that they are not desperate for your business, so they will give you an untainted assessment.

My condominium flooded and they came right over to pull the carpet, dry, clean and re-install it. Fast friendly service! Highly recommended.

All the stellar reviews are spot-on. The process was very smooth with TRT. When you have water damage, it's going to be stressful...no getting around that. But TRT made an unpleasant situation MUCH easier to deal with. I don't like having to deal with multiple contractors, I want ONE person to be the point man and run the show. That is exactly what I got with Jason at TRT. I don't want a bid and then come to find out that the job is going to cost more. TRT sent in a very competitive bid and stuck with it...iron clad all the way. I don't usually give reviews because honestly I find most businesses average at best. TRT has warranted my best possible recommendation. Also, as a sidenote, Dustin with TRT was absolutely amazing with his work ethic and excellent customer service attitude...went WAY above the call of duty, IMHO. You will be in good hands with TRT... I guarantee it!

On Feb 23, I walked to my living room to find that there was 1/2" of water on the floor from a toilet that was overflowing. I had just put in new hard wood floors 4 months prior and as I walked around on my new floors seeing the damage and was just sick. 60-75% of my floor was covered in water. I called Total Restoration of Texas in a panic and talked to Kylie. She was very calming and reassuring and said she would send someone right over. Less than an hour later Jason was here. He had called his guys and they were on the way with wet vacs and fans to extract the water and start the drying process. Through the next few weeks, Jason perfectly orchestrated the clean up project and I didn't have to really do anything but pick paint colors. He was in touch nearly every day. The sub-contractors that he used were prompt, trustworthy and could do just about anything from painting to removing and installing wood floors and even replacing toilets. From a pricing perspective, TR worked with my insurance company and everything they did fell within the insurance company allowances. Even when they needed to do a little more than what the insurance company had bid for, they didn't charge me more. I had them do a little extra work while they were here (like paint a few extra walls) and the pricing was exactly in line with the amount the insurance company would have allowed. I did not shop around but I am 100% happy with the work that Jason, Kylie and the crew did (Special shout out to Daniel and his guys, too!). I didn't have to worry and I felt I could trust them all along the way.

Jason is the best human being on the planet! He showed up immediately after our house got flooded, single handedly did a bunch of damage control, then put on his cape and flew away! 😊 He took care of every little detail, and was more responsive than my spouse. His team was extremely efficient, respectful and were like the Flash and had the house prepped for floor removal in a jiffy. If you're ever in need of damage control and don't call Jason you're an idiot. Seriously DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT IT - CALL TOTAL RESTORATION. We love them and miss them 😊

We had them address some damage left after a backed up washer drain. Jason and team came in and took care of it quickly. He was professional and polite. As for the work done, it was like the damage was never there.

Thank you Texas Restoration! My home flooded in February when a valve in my master bath (upstairs) broke. It was literally raining in my downstairs dining room. After calling my insurance company, I immediately started googling a company to help. I saw Texas Restoration's great reviews and called them. They were at my home the next morning and by the end of the day, all the wet carpet, drywall, etc was removed and fans and dehumidifiers in place. They came back the next day to finish debris removal and treat with a mold inhibitor. I was most impressed (when I found out later because my insurance company didn't want to pay for it) is that they used a PLANT-BASED mold inhibitor that is safe for my pets!! They knew I would be staying in the home w/ my critters and chose the best and safest treatment. Aside from their professionalism in handling the food damage quickly and efficiently, I must really give a HUGE thanks to Kylie. She went above and beyond in helping me get through the insurance claim process. My insurance company handled my claim fairly well but there were times that we had to battle. Kylie was truly by my side and helped me understand the PAGES and PAGES of claim documents. I really felt that she was invested in the whole process and not just the initial mitigation. I would recommend Texas Restoration to anyone dealing with home damage - great people and great work!

I loved this company!!! My husband found Total Restoration online and I'm so thankful. They were at our house within 30 minutes and didnt stop until they were done. They worked so hard so that my house would be presentable for Christmas. The total job was done before New Years. It was a big job (walls, ceilings, floors, carpet) but they were professional, speedy, supportive and thorough. They know what they are doing and walked us through the whole process. I wouldn't choose anyone else!!!

Our house was flooded in October and thankfully, we called Total Restoration of Texas. Their response was immediate, professional, dedicated and compassionate. Jason was knowledgeable and very good at what he does. He worked diligently to get our house dry as quickly and thoroughly as possible. And when our neighbors couldn't get their water mitigation company to return or add more dryers when their house wasn't getting dry, I realized how lucky we were. I hope we never need to get dried out again, but if we do, I know who I'll call, Total Restoration. Thank you Jason and Kylie, you did a great job on our house!

Merry Christmas to us... came home Dec 26th to find our entire downstairs covered in water. Something broke on the back of our toilet and ran for we have no idea how long. Could have been 3 days! We called Total Restoration of Texas and they had Max and Jason at our house in 30 minutes. They worked to get all the water vacuumed up and pulled out all the wet carpet and pad. They even put our furniture up on blocks so that it wasn't sitting in water. We now have dehumidifiers and fans drying out our house and getting it on its way to being back to normal. Wasn't the Christmas we had planned, but we really appreciate Total Restoration coming so quickly and helping us deal with this disaster.

Arrived home from being on vacation with my family to a soaked stinky house. NIGHTMARE!!!! ,After a quick online search I found Total. From the moment they picked up the phone I knew they were good. Max arrived at my house within 25 minutes. DID I MENTION IT WAS A SUNDAY MORNING AROUND 12:30 A.M.? A few minutes later 2 more vans pulled up and these guys were full steam ahead. Since it was so late I decided to take my Family to a hotel. The next morning I went to the house to check the progress of work. To my disbelief the every piece of furniture was blocked all wet material was torn out and the house already feeling dryer. AMAZING!!! TURNS OUT THEY WORKED ALL NIGHT !!! SIX HOURS STRAIGHT! My Insurance company worked directly with these guys and all was covered. My home is currently being rebuilt but there work was extraordinary.Hopefully this never happens again but if it does I would call them in a heartbeat. DON'T HESITATE!!!

Coming home to a flooded house was hard, but Kylie and Jason from Total Restoration of Texas got to my house within an hour and mitigated the damage quickly. They explained everything to me, inspected everything and even showed me places that had gotten flooded where I would not have looked. They got everything out and dried up quickly and thoroughly. Most important to me is that they were SO KIND which means so much at a time of sudden stress and hardship. They worked with me financially, and even gave me coupon that helped a lot! Kylie is absolutely the best! It's like dealing with a member of your own family. Patient and helpful, thorough and very professional all at once. I would recommend this company without reservation. They are an expert team and I am grateful that I called them FIRST.

I called Total Restoration of Texas at 4 in the morning when we woke up to find a burst pipe had flooded the entire first floor of my house. They were there within 45 minutes. Thanks to their fast response, our disaster was a lot less awful than it could have been. They worked so hard, fixed the problem, and worked with us every step of the way in billing our insurance company. They were the nicest people in my time of crisis and saved my house. I give them my highest recommendation. Hopefully, I won't need them again but I would call them again instantly. You can trust them.

I used Total Restoration of one of our rental properties when a toilet line backed itself off and flooded the entire house. I appreciated the fact they did what was needed to dry the house down and limited demo to just pulling off some baseboards. I hope this doesn't happen again, but I would be confident in calling this company in the future.
